Warranty Information

IPS PRO  warranties  the sprayer for one year, and the batteries for 6 months from the date of purchase for all registered purchasers for manufacturing defects or faulty components.  IPS PRO will mail replacement parts to purchaser or repair the product at one of our authorized repair facilities.   This warranty does not cover part failure due to non compliance with operating instructions, normal wear, or tool abuse resulting in cracked, broken or damaged components. Deficient parts or units will be replaced or repaired based on IPS PROS’s discretion.  Return freight, packing and insurance costs, if any, will be paid by the owner.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

For warranty repairs call one of the authorized repair facilities listed below before sending in your sprayer.

Most issues can be diagnosed over the phone and easily repaired in less than 10 minutes just by watching some of our maintenance and repair videos which will save you time and shipping fees.

Note: Return freight, packing and insurance costs, if any, will be paid by the owner.

To send in your sprayer for warranty repairs please include the information below and include it inside the package with your sprayer.

The Manufacturers Warranty will be voided if the following procedures are not followed.
Failure to register your sprayer here:

Not using one of the provided filters to prevent debris from clogging the pump.

Not properly maintaining the sprayer by rinsing cleaning the sprayer and tips by spraying 1 gallon of water (approximately 1-2 minutes) through the pump to rinse any residual products from the unit to prevent corrosion or clogs, and removing the battery.

Preventing the guns internal components for getting wet causing internal corrosion.

If used for applying sealers, deck stains and other coating products, always rinse the gun using a Sodium Hydroxide based deck stain stripping product, and then fresh water to remove the residue of the deck stain remover.

UPDATE: April 1, 2016 Sprayers manufactured with a serial number AFTER 2016/04/ May be used for spraying Hydrochloric acid based products.

UPDATE: February 1, 2017 Deluxe Seal Kits and sprayers manufactured after this date are also capable of spraying products made with peroxide, mineral spirits, solvents and d-limonene.
